Our checklists usually come in two versions: The long-form for your first submission as a new client, and the short-form for any subsequent years' submission.
Our checklists are PDF fill-in forms which allow you to save and print or e-mail the information you filled in. You can either click on the link to open the file in your browser or right-click to download the file (select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" in the contextual menu).
Be sure to use the Save function of Adobe Reader rather than the web browser's "save" menu option when completing a fill-in form.
